1. A scouter spots a face and creates a lot with snaps and details.
2. The model confirms participation and verifies their identity.
3. The scouter community votes to decide whether the lot reaches auction.
4. Agencies place bids during the live auction.
5. The winning deal moves to settlement, and the scouter is rewarded.
