Agency workflows
Every agency on Motherhunt follows a clear rhythm — from discovering fresh faces to closing a deal. This guide maps the full workflow end to end, so your team always knows what the next step is and which tools to reach for.
Think of it as the connective tissue between the more focused guides: each section below points you to the dedicated walkthrough for that stage.
The daily loop
A healthy agency account moves through the same cycle each day:
- Discover new talent surfaced by scouts on the market
- Add the most promising profiles to a shortlist
- Evaluate submissions against your casting brief
- Place bids and send offers on the talent you want
- Hand confirmed talent over to your bookers
Getting started
Before any workflow can begin, your agency needs an approved account. If you are not onboarded yet, start with the Applying guide to submit your agency and set up your team:
- Submit your agency profile and verification details
- Invite bookers and assign their roles
- Configure your casting preferences and notifications
Discovering talent
Scouts continuously list new faces on the market. As an agency you review these listings, filter by the parameters that matter to your bookings, and flag the profiles worth a closer look. Move quickly — strong talent attracts competing agencies.
Building shortlists
Shortlists are your working sets of candidates. Group profiles by campaign, season, or booker so nothing slips through the cracks. The Shortlists guide covers how to create, share, and manage them across your team.
Evaluating submissions
Once a face is shortlisted, evaluate it against your brief — measurements, look, market fit, and availability. Consistent criteria keep your decisions fair and fast. See the Evaluating guide for the review checklist and scoring approach.
Bidding and offers
When you commit to a talent, you place a bid or send an offer. Understanding the auction mechanics and timing is what wins the best faces. The Bidding guide explains the offer process step by step.
Working with bookers
Confirmed talent is handed to your bookers, who manage schedules, contracts, and the day-to-day relationship. Clear ownership keeps the pipeline flowing. The Bookers guide shows how to structure those relationships on the platform.
Putting it together
Each stage feeds the next: discovery fills your shortlists, evaluation sharpens them, bidding converts them, and bookers carry them to the booking. Once the loop is second nature, your agency runs at the speed of the market.
