GuidesFor ModelsContract

Once your profile is confirmed, verified agencies can review it and decide whether to work with you. This guide explains what happens after listing, how the agency choice works, how the scouter is compensated, and how the final model-agency agreement stays separate from the platform flow.

If your profile is not confirmed yet, read the Model profile guide first.

Visibility to verified agencies

A confirmed profile can be shown to verified agencies that are actively looking for talent. They review the public-facing details, compare notes with their team, and decide whether your profile fits their needs.

  • The profile is visible only to agencies that are verified on the platform.
  • Agencies can review the profile together with their local team or partners.
  • You stay listed while the profile remains confirmed and available.

Choosing and signing

When an agency wants to move forward, it chooses the model and starts the sign-up process. The scouter helps coordinate the introduction, answers questions, and keeps everyone aligned on timing, location, and expectations.

  1. The agency reviews the profile and reaches out through the platform.
  2. The scouter coordinates the first call or message thread.
  3. The model and agency agree on whether to move ahead.

Compensation for the scouter

If the agency proceeds, it funds the scouter's compensation as part of the engagement. That payment recognizes the scouter's work in finding the model, managing the introduction, and supporting the process through the first steps.

The three-way chat

The model, scouter, and mother agency keep most of the coordination in one shared chat. It is the place for practical questions, scheduling, confirmations, and quick updates while everyone is moving toward the engagement.

  • Share availability and confirm travel or local timing.
  • Clarify who is handling each part of the setup.
  • Keep the conversation in one place so nothing gets lost.

Remote work and local support

Many signings start remotely and can cross language or time-zone gaps. The scouter keeps the model supported locally, helps translate expectations, and can coordinate test shoots or prep sessions before the first job.

That local support continues after the first introduction if it helps the model settle into the agency's process or prepare for future bookings.

The final agreement is separate

The platform workflow ends when the model and agency are ready to proceed. The final model-agency agreement is handled as its own step and should not be confused with the listing or confirmation flow described here.
